酱油生产秉承中华千年传统木桶酿造工艺,结合日本先进的高盐稀态酿造技术,采用有机食品种植基地的优质有机大豆、有机小麦为主要原料,在特制大型木桶内缓慢自然发酵12个月,再经过特殊设备超滤除菌,使产品成为卫生、色正、香浓、味醇、体清、鲜美的优质有机酱油。
产品主要有缘木记有机系列、缘木记黑豆系列、缘木记婴幼儿系列、缘木记吉成有机系列、复合调味料和出口酱油等多个系列。其中“缘木记”品牌率先荣获中绿华夏有机食品认证。

  Suzhou Jicheng Sauce Brewing Industry Co., Ltd., as the first manufacturing enterprise engaging in high-salt liquid state sauce and Japanese-style condiment in Eastern China, tops counterparts thanks to first-class equipment, advanced technology, strict management, abundant technical strength, and outstanding quality.

  Sauce production follows traditional Chinese barrel brewing process, and combines with Japanese advanced high-salt diluted state brewing technique, we adopt quality organic soybean and wheat from organic food planting base as main raw material, after 12-month slow natural fermentation in special large barrels, and ultra filtration degerming by special equipment, they become quality organic sauce featuring healthy, correct color, fragrance, mellowness, clear liquid, and freshness.
